Weekly challenges: something for this week to aim at
Four new challenges every week, two more with Pro, the same set for everyone, and Wake Points for each one you finish. How they work, and the ones worth chasing.

Wakeletics is coming soon to iPhone. This is how it works in the app. Until it is in the App Store, wakeletics.app walks you through all of it.
A streak keeps you honest. It doesn't give the week any shape, though. Day 12 looks a lot like day 11. Weekly challenges give each week something specific to aim at, and they finish themselves: you never tap in or sign up, you just earn your mornings and they fill.
How a week works
- A new set every week. When the calendar week turns over, a new set of challenges arrives, picked from twenty.
- Four are free. Pro opens two more beside them, so you get six a week instead of four.
- The same set for everyone. Everyone gets the same challenges that week. When your friend says I finished Early Bird, they mean the same Early Bird you're working on. There's no leaderboard, though. The only score you're up against is your own.
- Not too heavy at once. Each week has at most one big-volume challenge, so one hard week never becomes three hard weeks at once.
- Paid in Wake Points. Every finished challenge adds points toward your level, on top of what each morning pays.
What a week might ask
Most challenges are about showing up. A few ask for more.
Free challenges:
- 5 Mornings This Week: earn five mornings.
- Three in a Row: three mornings back to back.
- First-Ring Week: five mornings where you're up on the first ring.
- Early Bird: three mornings before 8 AM.
- Personal Best: beat your best single session.
- Double Up: do both squats and push-ups in one week.
- Rep Builder, Squat Specialist, Push-Up Specialist: weekly rep goals.
- Strong Start: three mornings of 20 reps or more.
Pro challenges are the harder ones, and several need more than one alarm: Alarm Tour (five different alarms in a week), Two a Day, AM to PM, Rep Ladder, 500 Club, Perfect Balance, and Wakeletics Week, the hardest of them all: five mornings, ten workouts, both exercises.

Sized for 6 AM, not for heroics
Every rep that counts toward a challenge is one the camera has verified, so the only way to finish one is to actually get up. The rep goals are sized for a whole week, not one session. A goal you can hit half asleep is worth more than a heroic one you skip, or hurt yourself chasing.
If a week's set doesn't suit you, let it go. Your streak, your mornings and your milestones don't depend on challenges at all. Next week brings a new set.
Where they show up
- The Challenges tab shows this week's set, your level and how far each challenge has got.
- Home shows This Week with your progress, for example 2 of 4 done.
- Morning Earned shows the challenges that morning moved forward, and by how much.
- Your share card can show it in one of its slots: Challenge done · Five Mornings. See the Share Studio.
What comes next
Weekly challenges are against yourself. Competing with friends in Wake Circles, small private groups racing on mornings earned, is what we are building next. It isn't in the app yet. Until then, you can invite a friend from the Social tab. They set their own alarm and earn their own mornings, and nothing of yours goes to them.

Coming soon to iPhone
This week's board is already up.
Four challenges, the same for everyone, all counted by the camera. The first one usually only asks you to show up.
