Wakeletics is a small team building in the open. Email reaches a person, not a queue.
Common questions
My alarm didn't ring
In Wakeletics, open Settings → Permissions: Alarms must say ON. If it doesn't, the row offers Allow Alarms or Open iOS Settings — use it. Wakeletics alarms are system alarms, so they ring with the phone locked and in Silent mode. If it still happens, tell us your iPhone model and iOS version.
I pressed Stop and it rang again
That is the backup chain: Stop silences one ring, and the next backup is already scheduled. The chain ends when your reps are verified — or when you use Emergency Dismiss on the workout screen, which is always there and always free.
Reps are not counting
Stand the phone at waist-to-chest height, about 2 m away and facing you, so your whole body is in frame. Do full reps, all the way down and back up. In a dark room the screen lights up to help the camera see you. The practice run in onboarding is a good way to find the right spot.
Does the camera record me?
During a workout, no: frames are analysed on your iPhone and discarded as they arrive. Nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded. The selfie camera opens only when you tap Take a selfie in Share Studio, and that photo stays on your phone unless you share or save the card.
How do I cancel Wakeletics Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wakeletics Pro, or in Wakeletics under Settings → Wakeletics Pro → Manage Subscription. If Pro ends, everything that wakes you keeps working and you choose which alarm stays on.
I bought Pro on another iPhone
Open Settings → Wakeletics Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete all data. There is no account and no server copy — your data lives only on your iPhone, so deleting the app removes it too.

Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help. We read everything.
A note on safety
Wakeletics is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Emergency Dismiss on the workout screen ends a session and its backup rings immediately. The morning won’t count — that is the honest record — but nothing about Wakeletics is worth pushing through pain for.
