Week 41, 2026

Week 41 challenges, 2026

Monday to Sunday, 5 – 11 October 2026. Every Wakeletics user gets the same six cards this week: four free, two with Pro. Every rep has to be one the camera counted.

Wakeletics is coming soon to iPhone. These are the cards the app deals this week. Until it is in the App Store, wakeletics.app shows how a week plays out.

  • 01+20 pts

    Strong Start

Three mornings of 20 reps or more.

Set your target to 20 for three mornings. If 20 push-ups is a lot, do squats those days.

  • 02+10 pts

    Three in a Row

    Three mornings back to back.

Start the run on the weekday you trust most, not on a Friday.

  • 03+20 pts

    Push-Up Specialist

    75 verified push-ups.

Fifteen push-ups on five mornings makes seventy-five. Keep them full: half reps don't count.

  • 04+20 pts

    Personal Best

    Beat your best single session.

Raise your target by a few reps for one morning. A small increase still counts as a record.

  • 05Pro+45 pts

    500 Club

    500 verified reps.

About seventy reps a day. Split them across two alarms rather than one long set.

  • 06Pro+30 pts

    Daypart Explorer

Move in all four parts of the day.

Morning, midday, afternoon and evening, each at least once this week. In the app the afternoon runs only from 3 to 5 PM, so plan that one.

The four free cards pay up to 70 Wake Points this week; the two Pro cards add up to 75 more.

Nothing to joinEvery verified morning counts toward the week by itself. Finished cards pay their Wake Points toward your level.

Sunday-start weeksIf your iPhone's week starts on Sunday, the app shows this board from Sunday to Saturday, 11 – 17 October 2026.

How it worksTwenty challenges, a new mix every week, never the same card two weeks running. Read the guide.

Coming soon to iPhone

This week's board is already up.

Four challenges, the same for everyone, all counted by the camera. The first one usually only asks you to show up.

Not in the App Store yet. wakeletics.app walks you through the whole app.
