This week

Week 42 challenges

Monday to Sunday, 12 – 18 October 2026. Every Wakeletics user gets the same six cards this week: four free, two with Pro. Every rep has to be one the camera counted.

Wakeletics is coming soon to iPhone. These are the cards the app deals this week. Until it is in the App Store, wakeletics.app shows how a week plays out.

  • 01+20 pts

    Squat Specialist

    120 verified squats.

Twenty squats on six mornings, or thirty on four. Squats are also the quieter choice if someone is still asleep.

  • 02+10 pts

    Double Up

Squats and push-ups in one week.

One morning of each is enough. Switch your alarm's exercise for a single day and switch it back.

  • 03+15 pts

    5 Mornings This Week

    Earn five mornings.

Five of seven. That leaves two days of slack, so spend them on purpose rather than by accident.

  • 04+20 pts

    Early Bird

    Three mornings before 8 AM.

If your alarm is set after 8, move it for three mornings, or let this card go. Your sleep matters more than the points.

  • 05Pro+45 pts

    Two a Day

    Two sessions on three days.

Two sessions on three different days. An evening alarm doubles a day without touching your morning.

  • 06Pro+30 pts

    Rep Ladder

Three sessions, each bigger than the last.

Each session has to beat the one before it: 10, then 12, then 15 is enough.

The four free cards pay up to 65 Wake Points this week; the two Pro cards add up to 75 more.

Nothing to joinEvery verified morning counts toward the week by itself. Finished cards pay their Wake Points toward your level.

Sunday-start weeksIf your iPhone's week starts on Sunday, the app shows this board from Sunday to Saturday, 18 – 24 October 2026.

How it worksTwenty challenges, a new mix every week, never the same card two weeks running. Read the guide.

Coming soon to iPhone

This week's board is already up.

Four challenges, the same for everyone, all counted by the camera. The first one usually only asks you to show up.

Not in the App Store yet. wakeletics.app walks you through the whole app.
